Monday 2nd January - Workout

Good work out today.

3 sets 12 reps

Dumbbell one arm row - 12.5 kg x 3
Pushups x 3 (on toes for most, except last few of each set with one knee down)

Dumbbell shoulder press - 6 kg each x 3
Calf raise - 10 kg plate each hand x 3

Dumbbell curl - 6 kg each x 3
Tricep dips x 3 bodyweight

Barbell squat - 40 kg, 50 kg, 60 kg
Stiff legged deadlift - 50 kg, 50 kg, 55 kg

10 km easy slow bike ride with the family - 51 mins.
